ComMedia (Communications Media) in-classroom equipment bookings

 

Com/Media supports the audio/visual resources for classes. In-classroom equipment can be booked for Education classes such as Laptops / LCD Projector (PowerPoint Projector), audio CD players and TV / VCR / DVD players.

Arrangement can be made for equipment to be delivered and setup in advance. Minimum 24 hours advance notice is required. Certain times of year experience a shortage of equipment, so it is highly recommended to make arrangements promptly.

Users booking equipment will be required to provide...

• Course Instructor's name
• Room Location
• Time and duration of class
• Type of equipment required
• Course Number* (required)

* Students in the MT program use the following course numbers for ALL classes (Case, Field, Prosem, SIPS, etc..)
