Signup Calendar Instructions

To ensure a fair opportunity for everyone to register for our workshops, the workshop registration will 'open' roughly two weeks before the workshop date (the same time the email notification is sent out to the Doucette Events Mailing List)

1. Navigate to the Doucette Events Signup Calendar page. Click on the Workshop you wish to attend. (please note the dates and times)
2. Below the workshop there will be a section that reads.... "Sign up for XXX workshop"
3. Enter your Name, Phone Number and Email Address.
4. Click the "Sign Up" button located a the bottom of the page.
5. A reminder email will be sent to your email account 1 day before the workshop.
6. If you wish to cancel your booking, please email (educhelp@ucalgary.ca) to allow others to take advantage of the workshop opportunity.
