This course is constructed in three layers:
The first layer is the content layer –Philosophy, theory, applications and development of instructional technologies. These issues are presented in a unique learning environment that forms the second layer of the course: the course methodology. This learning environment is aimed for you to experience an approach to teaching and learning that might be new to you. That approach focuses on you as an equal partner, it leaves you room to contribute, to collaborate, to develop and share your own views, feelings and need through inquiry, research and development. The third layer is the learning technologies layer that will offer you the skills of managing your accumulating knowledge and share it with others. These skills and knowledge will serve you in any course or life path you will take forever.
There is a hidden layer that will inspire us all – "learning" - The meaning of learning, how we learn and how can we help others learn.
