With roots dating back to the founding of the Calgary Normal School in 1906, the faculty has a long and rich history of preparing professionals to be agents of change in the community. Our faculty has evolved with global change, continually improving the way we teach and learn. Today, the contributions of our graduates and the impact of our scholarly work are recognized locally, nationally and internationally.
The graduates of our professional and graduate degrees in Education and Applied Psychology are outstanding members of their professions here in Alberta and around the world. Our alumni work as teachers, trainers,school administrators, child, school and counseling psychologists, specialists in human learning and development, educational and communityleaders, professors, researchers and human resource specialists.
